Missing Workflow for Oracle Sales Order Line.

many a time I have notice that Workflow for the sales order line /header is missing where as order/line or header is booked.

Most of time it happened due the missing setup or some fauly script executed by customer.Solution to this is either cancel the order line (if system allows you) , or just open an SR with Oracle :)
