    I have similar requirement for approving offer.
    I had developed custom OAF module to create offer now approval part is pending.
    As I am new to workflow, I am trying to start seeded existing workflow.
    Can it be possible??

    Or I have to create new workflow

    It's up to you .If existing workflow fulfill your requirement then that great other wise you need to customized
